1. Operator and scope
Chenying Ads Manager is operated by 尘盈(大连)电子商务有限公司 (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). It is intended solely for authorized Company personnel to manage the Company's own Amazon advertising accounts. It is not offered as a service to other sellers. This policy describes the tool's data handling and visits to this public policy page.
2. Information processed
When an authorized account holder connects an Amazon advertising account, the tool processes information made available through the permissions granted to it. Depending on the features used, this may include:
- Advertising account and profile identifiers, marketplace information, and related account settings.
- Campaigns, ad groups, advertised products, keywords, targeting, budgets, bids, and campaign status.
- Advertising reports and performance metrics, such as impressions, clicks, spend, attributed sales, and conversions.
- OAuth authorization credentials, including access tokens and refresh tokens needed to maintain authorized API access.
The tool does not request Amazon account passwords. Account sign-in and consent take place through Amazon. It is not designed to collect shoppers' names, delivery addresses, payment card details, or individual order records.
3. Purposes of use
We use this information to authenticate authorized API requests, retrieve and analyze the Company's advertising performance, prepare internal reports, and manage campaigns, bids, budgets, and targeting as directed by authorized Company personnel. We also use necessary technical information to diagnose errors and maintain the tool.
4. Local storage and access
Advertising data and authorization credentials are stored on the Company's local computer. Access is limited to authorized Company personnel for the purposes described above. Credentials must not be placed in public webpages, publicly shared files, or public source repositories. This privacy-policy website does not receive or store the tool's advertising data or authorization credentials.
5. Disclosure and third parties
We do not sell or rent the tool's advertising data or use it to provide services to other sellers. Authorized requests and campaign changes are transmitted to Amazon to operate the integration. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or a binding lawful request.
This public policy page is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical visitor information, such as IP addresses and request information, to deliver and secure the page. The page itself contains no sign-in form, advertising tracker, or analytics script added by us. For Cloudflare's handling of information, see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Amazon's services are governed by Amazon's own applicable privacy notices and terms.
6. Retention, disconnection, and deletion
We retain local advertising reports only for as long as needed for internal advertising operations, analysis, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Authorization credentials are retained while the connection is needed. When the integration is discontinued, we stop using the connection and remove locally stored credentials. Local reports and other copies are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed, unless retention is required by law.
An authorized account holder can revoke the application's access through Amazon's available account authorization controls, or contact us to request disconnection and deletion of locally held data. Revoking access stops future authorized retrieval but does not by itself delete previously downloaded local reports or information held by Amazon.
7. Privacy requests and contact
For questions or requests to access, correct, or delete information held by us, use the contact below. We may verify the requester's identity and authority over the relevant account before acting. Do not send passwords or authorization tokens by email.

8. Updates
We will update this page when the tool's data practices change, including before introducing cloud storage of advertising data or offering the tool to third parties. The date above identifies the latest revision.
